I would just like to introduce myself here...

Been weight training for a number of years now, and also keep up with cardio 4X a week....

I dont have much time to introduce myself, but I will defiantiely be on this forum more often.... Im sick of all the other forums, especially the anabolic sections so I thought I would drop in here...
