Hello everyone! I'm a 25 yr. old male and I work out 4 times a week to try to stay in shape and to stay toned. I've been doing this for about 3 years now. Lately it seems as if I'm loosing size around my hip and thigh area, which is weird because I haven't changed anything in my workout routine. Are there any exercises or something that will allow me to bulk up my hip and thigh area? I wanna put a little more thickness there, I feel like my pants are falling off me lol.
