Hi Everyone,
I just came across this site. I have a very strange problem using my nordiq ski machine and wasn't sure where to post it. So I'll give it a try here. If this is the wrong place please let me know the proper place to submit this. I have been using nordiq ski machines for over 25 years. Recently I have had a very strange problem--it's almost like I forgot how to use the machine. For some reason after about 10 minutes my left foot starts turning in to the center of the machine to a point where my ankle actually hits the main wheel. As time goes on this problem gets worse. It's like I can't keep that foot centered on the ski. In the past I had worn out shoes to where they were actually rubbing against the sides of the machine causing it to stick/ A new pair of shoes always took care of that. Not the case now. I've tried shoes, no shoes, slippers--same problem. I've checked the level of the machine and it's good. It almost feels like after awhile the skis are sticking which is throwing my balance off. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? It's making me nuts to a point where I'm actually thinking of buying some other type of machine. Is there some type of alignment or parts that could be wearing out? The rollers all look fine to me as far as I can tell. HELLPPP!!!!
