Hi everyone,
My name is Mary and I'm new here as of today. About 7 years ago I was doing Weight Watchers + Exercise and finally reached my goal weight. I kept it off for a little over a year and I then went a little (a lot) down hill. I haven't had much motivation and have been full of excuses ("I don't have time to work out" "I'll start my diet tomorrow").
I just had had a baby in February so I now have baby weight (plus extra weight from before the baby) to get rid of. I'm going this first and foremost for myself so I can finally be happy and confident but also for my hubband and son. I want to be able to run and play with them and not have my weight get in the way.
I've realized today that I need a change or at least try to. I hope I can stick to it this time.
