Hello everyone I am attempting to lose weight again and I would love to give and receive support. A year ago I dropped my weight from 235 lbs to 180 lbs but an unfortunate event happened in my life and I went up to 220 lbs before I decided to take action. I am passionate about getting healthy and I would love to talk to you about weight loss strategies and health. My weight is now at 210 and dropping and I am confident I will make it back to 180 or even lower. I am walking off 1000 extra calories a day with my Wii Fit calorie/step counter and tracking the weight loss in the game. My general strategy is restricting my calories and exercising more. My plan is not iron clad I adjust it sometimes if I am feeling weak or I feel I need to adjust it a bit.
