New member looking for advice re: plateau

Hi everybody. I'm a 20 year old male who's been working out in some capacity for the past year. I'm 6 feet tall and I hover around the low 150's. My build is (obviously) pretty skinny but I have made noticeable improvements in the past year and I'm pretty happy with them. I lost my freshman fifteen and gained some muscle that was conspicuously absent from my frame before. I have hit a bit of a plateau lately and I've been thinking switching things up a bit might help. I work out 3 times a week and my routine is currently:
10 minute CV warmup
bench press
triceps extension
bent over rows
squats
bicep curls & hammer curls
shoulder press
shrugs
and abs.
I've been doing set of around 8 with warm up sets of 10-12. I haven't been documenting my nutrition or anything, but I eat well since I'm living back home right now and have a fairly health conscious mom. I'm not looking to get huge, but I would like to get up to 160 at least and work on muscle definition.
If anyone has any suggestions that would help me to switch it up, keep it interesting and make some improvements it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

That fact that you lost 15 lbs screams that you're in a calorie deficit. Building muscle while deficient in calories, especially if you've been training for a year and have the genetic proclivity of being skinny, isn't going to happen.

Read that twice.

Now go eat.
