I can spot one glaring flaw...

one session of Karate a week? What style are you taking?

and what kind of set/rep scheme do you use during a weight training session.

Also what kind of cardio (type, lenghth and number of sessions a week) do you perform.

Shotokan and i do it after kickboxing on a friday as well but i cant do any more as i am in a exam year and need to studay.Shotokan Karate.
2 sets of 8-10 reps.
An hour or 2 of cardio on Cardio nites and then what i said for the morning wake up cardio.I hope this answers youre questions

ok if I were you , heres what I would do.

Up cardio to 4 nights a week, no more than an hour a session.

Throw a 3rd set in your weight training.

And you practice shotokan eh, whats your rank?

I am an Orange belt 7th Kyu does kickboxing count as cardio?it does seem to kill me :)
Also i intend on doing about 45 minutes in the morning everyday. Is it possible to overtrain with cardio? As somedays i will be doing more later on in the day
