Hi everyone,
Always hard to say it but I'm overweight I am currently trying to do something about it and as they say admitting that you are is half the battle.
I have been on my weight loss journey since Jan this year when I looked in the mirror and decided I didn't like what I was seeing.
I started with the goal of just losing the weight as quick as possible and realised that it was unhealthy and that I needed to change my weight goals to cm & fat percentage.
My goals are now to get down to 8Ocm around my waist and belly and down to 25-30% body fat.
I'm getting closer
Day 1: 88.9 kg, belly 102cm (I got better at measuring after this first one lol), fat measurement (first measurement with body fat scales 41.2% 30th July 2016)
Today (19th nov 2016) weight 82.4kg, waist 83cm, belly 86cm, body fat 40.3%
