Hi Everyone, I'm new to the board and, I'm looking for a little advice.
I am a serious golfer, but I live in Pennsylvania, so over the winter I can't play much. I also love playing basketball, so that is how I spend most of my time in the winter. Over the winter, I began to lift weights 2 - 3 times a week. I've been lifting consistently for about the last 2 months. I've been doing a lot of the basic lifts, like Bench Press, Squat, Bicep Curl, Tricep Extension, Lateral Raises, Forward Raises, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, etc. It is golf season now though, and school is still going on (I'm a high school junior), so I don't have very much time. I was curious if anyone had any suggestions for a work out I could do that would only take me about 30 minutes and would, at the very least, maintain my level of strength until school is out. Then, I can concentrate on both golf and lifting.
