Well... where to start. I am a former softball player and ever since I stopped playing I feel I have went down hill. I still exercise but not near as much & my main weakness is my eating habits. I try to get in the gym a minimum of 2X/week but sometimes I don't even get that. I either go to the gym to mainly run (2-3 miles) and/or I go to my Kickboxing class which is an hour long. I am 5'4 and weigh roughly 147-150. I need to change my eating habits drastically but I just find it soooo hard. I joined this group for some suggestions and more motivation
