Hey all, new here to the forums. Ive just started weight training semi seriously and would enjoy some tips on the workouts I'm doing or new ones to try.
Ive started with mostly dead lifts, squats, and bench press but have incorporated a few other exercises in my workout as well.

May 18

Bench Press:

BB rows:

100x5x2

500m run/jog


May 20

Squats:

Deadlift:

Military Press:

Hyperextensions:

Ran/Jog 750m

What are you trying to achieve through working out? Muscle mass? Weight loss? etc
 
hey sorry guess i didn't give a lot of info.

well I'm trying for a bit of both, want to gain some power and strength, but its mostly to get into shape. This is my second week now of lifting. Im looking to increase my weights and thought it would be nice to post it in a forum, were i could maybe get some tips of what i'm doing wrong.

Im 5'7 and 240lbs, so weight loss is always good, carrying around 60 or so pounds of fat is never a good thing i guess :biggrinsanta:
