My hardest problem for me is eating.I know I need to eat more.
I am very picky and don't like much food. I hate veggie's and fruit. The other thing is I am driving around fixing printers and computers all day so I am on the road. It's tuff to make food that I can't bring along/ That is why I have the protien bars/

I was wondering if you could help me out on a good diet plan?
Like what foods should i eat that someone can bring along?
I don't know what foods I should eat, I was told to do this 50% carbs, 35-40% protein, and 10-15% "good" fats in EVERY SINGLE MEAL.
I am not very good with this part yet,
I have been working out for 3-4 years on and off.
I havent really noticed a difference
This is what I look like now,
Any help would be great!

hi jon and welcome
regarding your weight issue: raise your daily calorie intake weekly by 250. you need to train your system gradually to accept the food, only then will you build a genuine appetite for a big diet. Only when your eating enough, start training with a bench and a set of challenging dumbells using compund lifting techniques. short exhausting sets 6-10 reps with long recovery times 2-3mins. you WILL see results a hell of alot faster than you have been
