Hi Brian, welcome to the forum! What´s your current goal?
 
Current goal is to improve my diet and exercise daily for 50 min. Trying to cut process food as much as possible from my diet.
 
Belly fat is the last to go for many people so don't get frustrated if it takes a while. Also - if you're not doing it already - keep an eye on your posture. Standing upright versus slouching can make a big difference visually.
 
Yup It takes time but eventually I will get there
