Hello. I am Messi. I’ve taken the necessary steps to become healthier after being obese for all my since 10. I hope to make friends on here

I’m good. It’s only been a month but I feel much better physically and mentally since I started working out regularly. Thank you for asking. How are you?

It’s only been a month but I feel much better physically and mentally since I started working out regularly.
I also found just getting started really improved how I felt and felt about myself, doing something about our problem is really what its all about. I believe more important than how fast we lose weight.

I suggest you take a look at the Weight Loss Diary page (https://weight-loss.fitness.com/forums/weight-loss-diary.9/). If you like what you see start one of your own. You can tell us more about yourself and your goals, and record your progress. That is the best way to get started here, and you will find folks friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We all share a common problem, and all are fighting the same demon. I find it really helpful to interact with people like you find here.

Great to hear you´re feeling the benefits. I agree with Rob that starting a diary would be a great way to really get into the forum (and get to know people). I find it really helps to have a place where I can process whatever´s hindering/helping me. Plus it´s nice to be able to visit people at "their" place.
