Hey Everyone,

My name is Simon and I'm 19, been struggling with weight problems and anxiety all my life, but I've decided to turn that around. Currently I weigh 305 pounds and am 5'10", hoping to get down to around 200 lbs at least. Right now I'm going to the gym about 3 times a week doing both cardio and weight training and I'm tracking my calories. Just here to get some support and advice, anything is appreciated!
 
Hello, Simon & welcome to the forum. You have made the decision to change things around & that is the main thing. Determination will get you to where you want to be. Just cutting down on some things will make a lot of difference. A lot of us post in the diary section& you'll find it's supportive.
