Struggling to lose weight. Have lost quite a bit but am beginning to gain it back with no change to diet. I go to the gym everyday and my daily diet consists of greek yogurt, fruit, and two eggs. Any help or advice would be great. I am a 5'10" male and my present weight is around 190.
 
What do you do at the gym?
