Hello, I'm Smudjy!
I'm 21 and a university student (I study Japanese)

Anyway, i've been trying to lose weight for as long as i can remember, although i wasn't actually overweight until i was 11. Through a series of unfortunate events, really.

I'll be 22 in June and don't want to start another age being as overweight as i am. I have a goal in mind, and it isn't that far away. My main problem is the fact i can't stop eating! I constantly graze, so i usually only have one meal in the evening.

As such, if anyone could give me any advice on learning how to control eating habits, i would really appreciate it!
 
Remove all grazing food from the house. Most grazing food is garbage anyway. If you are stuck with only real, whole foods, you will forced to make yourself meals.

But, in the end, portion size is the key and will power can only come from yourself.

Are you exercising? It's hard to stick with the healthy mentality if you aren't adding exercise as a regular routine.
