Hello!

I've decided to lose weight and get healthy. I have 2 wonderful kids that are always running full tilt. I want to be able to keep up with them!

Any tips?

I have a long neglected gym membership, but i can only spare a small amount of time each morning for the gym. At home exercise is probably my best bet.
