Hi everyone ! I decided to join this forum for probably the same reason as everyone else : lose weight, get healthy and in shape !
I used to be fit and slim but highschool changed all of that... It was really tough, family difficulties and other sad stuff and I began to eat more, even binge and not exercising as I used too because I was going through a depression period.
In three years I put on 30 kg (66 pounds) and I am really displeased with myself.
I am starting college now so I want a fresh new start and startover and this means getting a grip on myself, and a new lifestyle !
But I now it won't happen overnight and it won't be easy ... That's why I am posting this to get every support, tips and encouragment I can and in return do the same for the people who need it !
PS : I apologize for my writing, english is not my mother-tongue...

Welcome everyone! Dont be displeased with yourself. You have made a change for the good and its in joining this forum. So welcome... If youd like some support in reaching a healthier weight let me know. I can help you and support you achieve that goal :)
 
Just take small steps each day to reach your goal progressively. You can do it and it does get easier!
