I use to be a fitness fanatic but now I'm not. I lost 40 lbs on WW and when I started my own business, I quit working out. When I quit WW, the pounds started gradually coming back on. So here I am, back to square one and having to lose the weight all over again. How frustrating is that!

Once I hit the gym again, I usually get back in the swing of things. I haven't been though in months. Help me get the motivation I need to get back onboard.
