Hi,
just thought I would take some time to introduce myself and my plans, goals etc. I am 21 years old and just got done being in school the last few years have not been easy and freshman 15 is not a lie. From the start of university I gained probably 40lbs all of which I would like to loose and then some.
I recently finished the Curves 6 Week Challenege and it did work for me, though not as well as I would have hoped because before I was even done week one I broke off the program because my Grandma passed away and watching what I ate so strictly was the last thing on my mind, and week one is the all important phase of the diet, though I still did loose 10lbs and 12 inches in 6 weeks I could have done a lot better. But it isn't all that shabby. Though I do realize I do not have the money or the will power to do it on my own at this point. I did it with my roommate before because it was way too structured for me.
The new diet I am undertaking is something that I got from my aunt who got it from her doctor who use to run the Obesity clinic where she is from. I did it before I went on the curves challenege and had success with it so i am hoping that it will again.
I have noticed that it is a lot easier for me to drop inches than it is to drop weight, which also makes me happy but i would like to loose the actualy weight for a change.
I also work out at curves, or will be doing so more diligently now I hope! I just need some motivation and I think that this will help me. Thanks for letting me be part of this!
