Hi everyone.
As you can see, I'm new. Starting summer 2005 I got a job, my first one so far, and although it doesn't make me move a whole lot I started loosing weight pretty quick. I weighed in at 130kilos when I started my job, and I'm not at 97 kilos. Darn Christmas put me back up 2 kilos
Strange thing is, I used to be pretty active, but had to quit sports because of the traininghours didn't work out with my working hours Anyway, I'm down from a size 42 to size 36 now. Those sizes might not make a whole lot of sense to all of you though.
Ehm... what more to say... I'm a guy btw, and I recently got back to the gym as well... and I'm feeling really emberrased right now
My goal is to work off this here belly and backfat before summer, and to regain some muscles. I joined because I have been kinda emberrased about loosing weight, but I'm now feeling kinda proud about it as well as crap about how my bellyskin is too loose and I still have some kilos of fat that needs to go... Guess I just want to get my bragging and nagging out, as well as maybe pick up a tip or two?
Must admit I haven't been very good lately, but I used to walk an hour and a half each day, fast pace. Then when I started with the gym, I changed it to walking every day except the days I go to the gym (3 times a week). I cut off candy and only drink water except from some milk for breakfast and juice for lunch. I don't go out of my way to eat propperly though, but it's worked so far.
To sum it up:
Me - new!
Want to: Loose a bit more of the belly, and tighten it up (guess I need surgery for that, and I can't afford it )
Would like someone to say "thadda boy! way to loose 'em kilos!" without having to act suprised and say I don't try to loose weight because I'm embarrased
Hope I can be of some value to you guys as well, thoguh I doubt it...
And as I'm about to press "submit" I really hope I haven't gone to the wrong forum, 'cus I kinda forgot to read a lot before registering here goes...

Guess kilos doesn't mean much to all of you, so in pounds:
Went from 286
To 213
A loss of 73 pounds since summer... yey!
I think I prefer counting the weight I've lost in pounds, 'cus it sounds a whole lot more.
