Hello everyone!! Just thought I'd do a quick introduction of myself. I'm 19 and a 2nd year university student. Forget the frosh 15 it was more like the frosh 35 for my and I still have some of it. I'm currently 136 and would like to go back to 117ish. I'm a vegitarian with a weakness for cookies (a habbit I got from my roommate!!).
That is something about me. I'm pretty clueless about the whole excercise and weightloss thing, so if someone can help me out it would be GREAT
