hi im new here i'v been doing this routine about 6months or more and i lost only 30lbs not quite impressive when i know that i only lost 30lbs i got pissed off and do 30mins treadmill 125situp 125legraise and eat 2times a day and i scale i lost 5lbs a week and thats what i want because before i turn 17 i want my body in shape. but it got me very exhausted am i over doing it? or what? a lil advice would be helpful TNX
