hi im new here i'v been doing this routine about 6months or more and i lost only 30lbs not quite impressive when i know that i only lost 30lbs i got pissed off and do 30mins treadmill 125situp 125legraise and eat 2times a day and i scale i lost 5lbs a week and thats what i want because before i turn 17 i want my body in shape. but it got me very exhausted am i over doing it? or what? a lil advice would be helpful TNX
 
HI & welcome to the forum! Great job on your weightloss so far! Is it possible for you to eat 5 - 6 smaller meals throughout the day? It will help keep your metabolism up.
 
Welcome, Z. You definately need to eat more. Your body will want to save everything it can and your metabolism will slow way down if you don't.

Loosing weight and dieting

It is very very dangerous to cut yourself short on nutricion right now Your horomones are trying to balance and your body is preparing your mind to be an adult. 5 pounds a week is alot of weight to loose but remember that creating a new life style is what keeps you lean throughout your life and it is very hard to stick to too little food for a lifetime so eventually maybe you should try not so much and dieting and become very active.

ATleast take your vitamins ( with omega 3)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
