Hi there. Im new here and needed a little support and somewhere I could come to regularily to get answers and keep track of my goals.

I have lost 50 pounds twice. This last time I was successful because I did a candida cleanse and cut sugar, yeast and wheat from my diet. (I stayed on it 3 months) then started a "more normal" diet. I worked out 6 days a week, weights 4 days a week and cardio 5-6 days a week. I managed to keep it off and tone up.

Anyway, over the summer I put on 10 pounds, which isnt TOO much but can get out of control easy. I have been sick so I havent been to the gym in a week. Im worried I will lose my current fitness level.

I want to lose 15 pounds to get to my goal weight and I need receipe ideas and some modivation. I thought I would start here! :)

I am a newbie too! I am so impressed by your loss and fitness plan. I have a question... when you went off the "candida cleanse" then started eating more normally... what was the transition like? Did you feel the same? Did your loss stop right away and did you start gaining? How do you balance it? :confused:

Don't mean to sound so nosy... it's just that the whole idea of any kind of cleansing is new to me (DH & I are using Isagenix), and was just wondering. :rolleyes:

Welcome. Looks like you know what to expect. We all just have to keep our eating in moderation. I have never tried any cleanses but it sounds interesting. Isn't that the weirdest sentence in the world :D Anyway welcome and I look forward to your posts.

Welcome! I've only been here a couple od days myself but everyone is so nice and supportive. I think you'll like it here. :)
