Hi there everyone!
Love this website and glad to be here.
I'm just in some real need for some tips and some support. I'm 5'9" and 160 lbs, so I don't need to lose a ton, but i would like to lose atleast 10-15 lbs. I have been dieting for about a month now, I eat about 1400-1600 cals a day and do 30-60 minutes of a workout. My weight has not budged! In fact I gained 2 lbs on my short little 2 day vacation. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? I feel like there is something wrong with me! Anyways, sorry for ranting so soon, thank you all for just being here!

:p

1400 - 1600 calories sounds good, but where are those calories coming from? How many times a day do you eat? Also, when you say u work out 30-60 minutes ... what do you do? Sometimes it takes about 3-6 weeks for your body to recognize that you are attempting to shed those extra pounds ... and the less that you need to shed, the longer it takes ... the less you weigh (genetics aside), the more your body is happy with the current weight.

Hello! I agree 1400-1600 is good. I personally have 1200 cal's a day (sometimes less) and I have been pretty happy with the speed of which I loose weight (that is as long as i'm sticking to my diet) Anyways, good luck and we are here for you!

Thanks guys, that makes me feel much better. I've been trying to stay on the healthy side. I eat low-fat dairy, all fruits and veggies and lean meats. When I work out I do 30 minutes of aerobics a day and 2-3 times a week I will add in some toning/weights.

Oh ya, also I love bread, I usually have 1 portion a day. (usually wheat)
