Hi,
My name is Chrissy and I'm new here. I appreciate any advice you may have. I work out faithfully....love to walk and strength train. I walk to 5 miles a day (jogging nearly 1 of those miles) and I strength train some. I have been working out like this for 1 1/2 yrs. I've only lost 10 lbs. HELP. I don't eat a huge amount....around 2000 to 2500 calories a day. I was anorexic when I was 15 so I don't know if it messed with my metabolism or what. Anyway...it's good to be here and look forward to the advice and suggestions.
