new here

hello my name is sabrina. I am 24 and from germany
After getting from 130 to 170 in 3 years i decided last year to get rid of the extra weight and to get in shape. last year i only changed my eating habbit and list 20 pounds in about 4 month. after that time i had a stagnation and got really frustrated. that caused that for a while i picked out again and of course got some weight back on. in Feb of this year a friend helped me to get a home work out plan together and followed it for a month with the result that i lost 2% body fat and some inces. then i joined the gym and followed a more intense work out but for somereason i nothing changed.
once again i got frustrated and no i am back on 160. I really wanna get my body toned and all that but it seem like i cant find the right work out for me. :( I am not overweight ( 5'8 160) but i want to get those lil extra pounds away that stick on my belly and hips.
hope that someone might be able to help me to find a new workout plan and talking about it here hopefully helps me stick to it
 
well, everyone is different so I'm not sure what will work for you. I too am trying to lose weight so I created a support group where you can be accountable for your fitness goals. check out my site if you're interested There's no cost. It's just a group of people with a common goal of getting in shape.
