New here, Would like to get in shape

Hi everyone! I'm Trish! I am new to this forum. I am 5'1 and weigh 139 pounds. I would like to lose 20 pounds in the next 2 months. Can anyone tell me what I should limit my calorie intake to if I want to reach my goal? Also what exercises I should do such as how long I should run on the treadmill for and what speed?
