New Here w/question

Hi. This is my first post but it looks like there are alot of people giving really good advice. So here's my question. I'm 36 and I'm 5'2" and 135. My first goal is 115. I'll decide at that time if I still want to lose more weight. I weighed 110 before I got pregnant with my first baby and now have 3 babies and really want to get back into shape. I've been dieting/exercising for about 3 weeks now and the scale still looks the same! My clothes still fit the same! Did I just happen to start out on a plateau?

Here's what I'm currently doing:

Walking 1 or 2 miles (depending on if I have to take my kids with me) about 4 days a week.

Riding the stationary bike I started at 15 min. and up it 1 min. every day - I'm at 28 min. right now. I do this about 4 times a week. I do Random which gets my heart rate to go up and down fluctuating between 100 and 150 beats a minute. At 28 min. I burned about 430 calories...maybe this is my problem?

About twice a week I will do a video called The Firm but I only do Upper Body one day and Lower Body the other day. Maybe this is my problem?

I'm mostly following a South Beach diet except I'm not completely cutting out the carbs but I do eat healthy carbs. Today I ate 3 slices of Canadian Bacon for Breakfast. A Chicken salad at lunch. Fresh veggies with ranch dip for a snack. And a veggie burger with only half of a wheat bun and green beans for dinner. This is similar to any normal day of eating for me. Some days I make a smoothie with fresh fruits only (I love the Vita-Mix!). And some mornings I eat eggs (omelets) if I'm in the mood to cook them up. For dinner it's usually half a chicken breast and a salad or something similar. I do drink a ton of water so I know that's not my problem.

Does it always start out this slow? Frustrated!

The problem is going to be your diet.

You need to figure out....

-How many calories you need to be taking it
-How many calories you are taking in

If you don't know how to go about figuring out that I suggest you check this thread.
