Hi. I'm Kristen from Maryland and am 24 years old. I came across this site and read some of the threads and was able to obtain some good info and advice on fitness and nutrition. I am right around where I should be for weight, but I want to embrace a healthier lifestyle, lose fat in my annoying problem areas, and tone my body as I haven't excercised regularly in a few years! Over the past couple weeks I have started some excercising and want to keep up with it because in the past, I would work out for a week and that was it. I just need the motivation to keep at it! I figured this is a good place to get some motivation to obtain my fitness goals!
