OK I'm 16 and Have some question's that I'm hopeing that you guys can help me.
I want to be stronger and faster the right way? And get exsplosive for lacrosse.
Here's so stats on me:
16
male
214-218lbs.
plays lax and football
can bench 215
stright bar deadlift 415
so genearlly pretty strong
-First Off, What should I be able to Bench? I was at 245 over the summer and then I stopped for football so were should I be at?
-What kind of mile should I have? And 40 time? (I ran about 5 mile's in 42 min. the other day, is that good?)
-Should I take any supplements as in vitamin's(please don't tell me to take protein shakes cuz there a wast of money)
-I would also like to loose weight and maybe get to see my abs. so what kinda calories should I have a day if I run 2-3 days a week and lift 2-3 days a week.
-Also what exersices are best to acheive these goals.
