hi, i'm new here. So I was 243 lbs on 28th July 2017 now i'm at 228 lbs. 5.8 height. 19 y/o. male.
i've turned around my eating habits. literally overnight i cut out crisps, cake, chocolate, bread, and all forms of soda drinks. to achieve this loss, i didn't do any exercise, only cutting out bad food.
i'm actually new to weight loss.
however with 6 weeks until Christmas, my aim is to get to 215 before then. i am doing more exercise now. i have bought weights and a elliptical machine in October. i do 30 mins a day on the elliptical machine at 11 mph. how many calories does that burn?
i've been eating about 1800 calories a day. with about 0.5 - 1lb loss a week, how can i up this up to about 2 or 3 a week?
