Good Morning everyone. I just found this site last night and its great. Ive been looking for a site like this for awhile now. Im 4'11" and I started my weight loss June 24, 2005 weighing around 192. Ive been wanting to lose weight for years because my saying of "I just had a baby" ended about 14 years ago with my last child Ha ha. I am currently at 164 and still have a long way to go. My plan is im just trying to eat right and exercise. Its definately the slow way but its working. I walk for 40 minutes on my treadmill twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. Im only doing about 4 miles per day. 4 miles used to be nothing when I was in my 20's. Now that Im 40 its all different for me. I have more pain in my feet than I do my calves or thighs. LOL. And oh yeah Im sweating pretty heavly while im exercising. LOL. Hope to make a few new friends here. Look forward to chatting with everyone at some point. Have a great day everyone.
