New Here and need some help...

I'm a 27 year old female and I have a bit of a weight problem. I'm 5'8 and started exercising and dieting last year (I weighed about 202). I went down to 138. In the last 3 months I gained back 20 so I'm at about 160 now.
I don't know really what my problem is I'm just a binge eater. Also, when I lost the 60 or so pounds I didn't really have a goal weight so I never knew when I would start maintaining. I still felt kinda flabby at 140. I'm going to start again dieting and exercising but I need a goal weight. Does anyone know how I figure out what mine would be? Thanks.

Welcome to the site. I'm 5'8" as well and started at 344 (now around 260). I'd suggest not using weight as a goal necessarily, but rather fitness, with a focus on ability. Doing things you weren't able to do before, but always wanted to will stand you in much better stead of keeping healthy once the cheering stops from the weight loss.
