New here and excited

Hi everyone! My name is Jennylynn and I stumbled across this by accident but I am so glad that I did! I am 36, married and have two children (boys) Remington (6) and Tanner (4). I have decided that it is time to make a permanent life change with my weight and diet. I am quilty of my weight being a yo yo, lose then gain, lose then gain.... but not anymore! I am looking forward to going through this "life change" process with all of you out there and I am looking forward to getting to know all you!

Good luck to all of you out there that are just getting started like me and good job to all of you out there who have been at it for awhile!

I am so glad you came to our forum..I also have about 75ish 80 to go ... Its hard being a mom & trying to keep up w/ everything & take care of you..I totally know! I have 2 boys & a hubby thats never home...so its a struggle all the time for me.

It is so hard to balance family and our personal goals, but I guess we need to remind ourselves that we are important too.
Thats why I'm heading back to the gym next week.
