New Guy

Hi everyone,

Had a good look round the site and it looks excellent.

I am 36
6ft
182 lbs

I keep my weight down with regular treadmill and cross training sessions in the works gym but have decided to add a bit of shape to my body with the use of weights. I play golf so I don't want to really bulk up just kinda add a bit of muscle tone to my body.

I will be asking you guys for your knowlege as I have no real idea with weight training.
