Hi guys/girls,
Im new to the site so i thought id just post to say Hi.
Ive basically joined because i have some queries about my workout regime. I have never seeked personal trainer advice before but have always just read mens health etc and done it myself. However, up until 4 months ago i weighed in @ 13st 3lbs, however, i was carrying some "podge" at the time, however, over christmas i got my act together and started doing some rowing etc and have managed to get down to 11st 7lbs. I am happy now with my fat on my body but now i would like to bulk back up in muscle (not fat as i tend to carry it low down on my stomach)
My main objectives are to Build mass, keep definition and keep my lower stomach toned and slim.
Anyway i hope you guys can help.
