New guy from the UK

Hi All,
My name is Steve and I'm from the UK. I joined this forum as I'm looking to get back to my previous weight and fitness level and was hoping to find some good tips and advice on here. I used to be very into sport when I was younger, at one point doing 3 sports 6 days a week ( Rugby, Rowing and Thai Kick boxing). After settling down with my girlfriend, getting a mortgage, getting a real job and finally having kids I have ceased to do any activity whatsoever and I am currently 19 stone. I have just joined the gym, so have made the first step, but now I am looking for advice on the best ways to loose weight and stay healthy.
