Well to start off hi everyone .. I guess I'm joining up here to get help with wait loss I use to eat way more then I should of plus food I should not of been eating .... 2-3yeas I was in taking between 4000-5000 calories a day up until Sept last year ... I then started eating healthy foods but too much of it for the last 2 months I have been eating healthy and what I think is the right portions but the weight does not seem to be dropping. .. this is what I eat each day and let me know what if anything I should change ... oh ea I'm 26 6'4 425 pounds
Breakfast
2 slices whole wheat toast with 1 table spoon natural peanutbutter
1 banana
1 cup silk milk (almond milk)
4 eggs
-----
Lunch
2 cup veggies (carrots mushrooms coliflower sometimes peppers)
8 ounces (befor cooked) of meat (either chicken pork beef )
2 ounce of cheese (marble or chedder)
------
Supper
2 cup veggies (same as above)
8 ounce of meat (same as above)
Half a cup of brown rice

Now for exercise I don't get that much mainly because my feet start to hurt too much when walking and there is no gym nearby to go to (nearest one is 3 hour round trip away)
Now eating the way I have been for the last 2 months I have only dropped 12 pounds but I was hopeing for a little more success. ... is there something I'm doing wrong or will it just take a wile for my weight to drop ?
