New Goals for a Linebacker?

Hey again everyone,

Well, our school just had our atheletics testing week and I've made some pretty drastic improvements, heres how they look

Last time: Now

Benchpress: 165/180
Squat: 335/355
Powerclean: stayed at 205
40 yd. dash: 5.5/5.08
shuttle run: 8.68/8.2

Age:15
Wt: 150
Ht: 5'7


Alright, I was wanting to know what would be most beneficial to work up before football season next year, and I'm worried because I will be moving up to Varsity next year.

Any thoughts on what I should work most?
 
your 15 and your going to play varsity not jr varsity?


well you would want to get your bench up, and even more importantly your weight. if you are actually going to play varsity.
 
Yea, I will be 16 before the 2-a-days end. And as for the weight, i dunno why, but its started to increase on its own, I went from sittin at 148 to sittin at 156 in about a week. = )
 
oh okay thats good. what area are you playing in?

im in orange county and i still have a good year before i will start varsity. im a freshman right now. its very competitive over here. Keep gaining. varsity had some huge mofos
 
District 25AA around central Texas, you know where that is?

Rogers, Salado, Troy, Rosebud, Cameron (well, were scrimmaging them) but around that area......(were near temple)
