Hello all. I recently joined fitness.com to get new ideas on exercises. Now I'm looking for a little help. I am 5'2" and 108lbs. I am happy with my weight however I have small a layer of belly fat and very slight "love handles" that I would love to get rid of.
I eat clean, drink my water and exercise 4 times per week. Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions. Thank you!!
