Hello there everyone. I am new here. I've been looking around for weight loss forums, and this one seems to be the most active. ![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
I'm 22 years old, and 234 lbs. I've been overweight for most of my life (since my early teens). In the past few years I've become more motivated to eat healthy. I've made a lot of changes in my diet. I don't eat white flour or most processed foods, but I'm still at an unhealthy weight... so I decided that as well as eating more healthy foods, I'm going to work out daily and count my calories.
I started at 245 lbs, and in just over two weeks I have lost around 11 lbs (I know that seems like a lot for two weeks, but I'm eating enough, around 1500 calories per day). My goal is to weigh around 160 lbs, and when I reach that, if I feel I can lose more weight and still be healthy, I might try for more.
Nice to meet you all.![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
