Hey guys! So, with all this virus thing going on I thought it would be the perfect time (how ironic) to start being more active, since all I've been doing is lying in bed 24/7 and I don't like the way I feel or the way my body looks anymore. I had some eating disorder struggles last year and I don't wanna go back to that but I also don't wanna settle in this weight I'm not comfortable in.
I'd say my worst struggle is food. I see it as a comfort and I love cooking with butter! Anyways, I don't know where to start because when I do meal plans I usually don't follow them but "eating instinctively" does not work for me either. As for workouts, I'll try to commit and do one every day, even if it's only 10 minutes. I also wanna build my strength to boost my metabolism.
Anyways, feeling rather optimistic, I just wanted to introduce myself. Any tips?

You beat me to it and got a really good start on a diary. That's always my first tip.
