:seeya:Hello Everyone!

I'm new to the forum, but not new to weight loss. In 2006 I weighed 261 pounds. I started working with a trainer and eating healthy. By my wedding in October 2008 I weighed 148 pounds. Since 2010 I have been slowly putting weight back on. I had 2 children, went through some relationship problems and struggle with binge eating at night. I'm sitting around 260 again and extremely depressed about it.

I can't seem to find the mojo I once had to get back into a healthy lifestyle. My kids are very demanding. My oldest will be 6 in July and struggles with anxiety and sensory processing issues. My youngest is very defiant and possibly ADHD. She is 4. I run a home daycare during the day, so my days are hectic and stressful! I do photography on evenings and weekends. I can't seem to find that push to MAKE TIME for me to get healthy.

Welcome to the forum, I see you have started a diary, well done.

It can be a challenge when you have special needs kids (I had 3 ASD/ADHD with only 1 still at home) but like any other parent it helps with your own fitness if you can find a way to include the kids in your new fit and healthy lifestyle.
 
:waving: Hello there! I'm also new to the forum and struggle with binge eating at night. On top of that, I also have a toddler running around that demands a lot of time and attention, I feel you.
