Just wanted to jump in and say Hi. I haven't worked out in several months. It's starting to show. I really need to tone up and loose a couple of inches. I'm a size 10 but my pants are getting tight. I LOVE the gym, but since bf works for the sheriffs office. We can't afford it. I like using exercise tapes. And love working out with the ball. I prefer to tone more than I like to do cardio. Cardio is not my thing.
I came here to learn & get myself motivated to work out. Funny how I drag my feet to exercise, but when I'm finished I feel good.
My addictions are coffee (all kinds), crunchy snacks (popcorn, pumpkin seeds, nuts etc) and juice (they are loaded with sugar). I just started using Splenda in my coffee. But there are times when I don't know when to stop eating.
