I have done my fair share of research and its always mixed so i am sure people will look at this and tell me its wrong but hopefully people will look at it and tell me its pretty good haha...

Here Goes!

Weight: 80kg
Height: 5ft10

I have already lost a stone and a half with diet and training but it wasn't strict.

this is what I am now doing as of today:

Breakfast
PhD lean Degree
and
Shake which consists of
80g fine unflavoured oats
15g egg yolk powder
1 scoop of PhD Pharma Whey

multivitamin and CLA cap

10:30am
75g wholegrain rice with tuna and vegatables
fruit (apple)

1:00pm
100g chicken
selection of vegetables
CLA cap

3:30pm
75g wholegrain rice with tuna and vegetables
fruit (apple) and nuts

5:00pm
Pharma whey protein shake (pre workout)
Lean Degree pill

7:00pm
post workout shake

8:00pm
either Fish, lean mince, chicken with steamed vegetables
