New Diet

Hi guys,

I'm new here, just wanted to say hello. I'm on a diet called the Body Goddess Formula. I am 5'3 and weigh 167 pounds, so I have a lot of work to do. I need some support because everytime i've tried dieting on my own i've really not done very well, so I've joined this community.

I will keep updating on my progress with this diet.

Welcome to the forum. What do you eat on your diet and how long have you been doing it?
 
I basically get to eat whatever I want, but with some additions, like omega 3 and some other foods. There is also a relaxation element to it, so it's not a massively 'hardcore' diet, but i have lost 3 pounds in the last few days which I'm happy with. Hopefully it keeps working!
 
Feb 8 - I'm pretty stoked about my weight loss, i've lost 18 pounds since I started in on Jan 19. I feel good and definitely motivated to keep going.

I have to admit that I didn't think not changing my diet would work, but i was following the diet plan given and just eating what they recommend on top of my normal food. The first week it was like eating two meals at meal time and I was always full. Now i'm been craving less pasta and more greens so obviously something is working!

I haven't really done much exercise but I do what I can and trying to increase it a little bit everyday. The body goddess diet also gave me a couple of very different hints on weight loss which im using everyday. I think this is the easiest diet i've done, the first week took some effort but now it's a routine and i don't even think about it.

Here's to hoping it lasts and more weight comes off.
