messed up on last post... heres new

Ive been dropping about .4-.5 pounds a day and i know thats too much (deff. not eating enough) and thats the reason why i ate sooo much stuff last night and ended up gaining a few pounds. now im trying to make a new diet plan and i was wondering if someone could critque what ive done so far.
7:30- 2 bagels (550 cals)
10:30- milk whey protein (500 cals)
1:45- 5 fish fillets(500 cals)
4:30- protein bar (200 cal)
7:00- 2 Chicken (600 cals)
breakdown is as follow:
fat- 45 grams (7.5 Sat)
carbs-163
protein-314
is that not enough carbs?
