Sport New Diet Plan

i changed my diet plan a little bit today..seems like it could get old after a while but tell me if its good please.

breakfast- oatmeal and eggwhites

snack (at school) - protein powder and water (needa figure out how to make that one taste better lol.

lunch (at school)- bring tuna and buy a baked potato and salad if they have it..no dressing today had chicken breast as well

snack after school - chicken salad no dressing

dinner- eggwhite and turkey sandwitch on whole wheat bread

after dinner snack - protein shake made with skim milk, blueberries, and half a banana

how does this sound and what can be added/ taken away..thanks :)
 
Off the top of my head I'd say you need to add fruits and vegetables, the fresher the better.
 
only reason i have a protein supplement twice is because im still in school and cant bring in food to class..so i just bring in protein powder/ water= problem solved lol
